Storage, Multi-family, Long term or short term rentals?

Once you can evaluate various deals, try to diversify geographically as well as asset class (Multifamily, self storage, mobile home parks, RV parks, BTR etc) and sponsors.

To each their own...but as a long term investor if I can get metal then I do...if it's not financially feasible and there's not a good return on investment then I would go with asphalt shingles.
