The Storage industry fascinates me (as someone from the outside with only residential/small multi experience).

Just like our self storage development I will be the happiest when the 9 are sold versus all 18.  

Keep in mind all measurements for storage are relative.

I am also in a few of the crystal view funds that invest in self storage and they are distributing 8+ annually.
