Any suggestions, trick or tips?

Hydrojetting did the trick for now and should work again in the next few years if it gets clogged again. 

That said, LLC websites are usually fine to do the bare minimum the law requires to have an LLC However, in TX there are numerous tricks I can do that are vastly superior to the LLCs from a non lawyer website.

Richard -Although most of my online presence exists in a different world, I have definitely learned a few tricks of brand building in the tech space:Social media does not matter without substance.

I applied the deposits towards the down payment, took a loan secured by my Honda, and that did the trick in 1996.

Or better, how to incentivize them into  stopping at mine and look no further.I am not saying all of this as a used car salesmen type trick  and get anyone and everyone.

Great i say, but i don't know anything about it, but i've seen on my Linkedin feed a free seminar on property investing, lets go along.On the way there, i'm briefing my son on the tricks and traps that unscrupulous providers use to hook you in, and feeling quite smug that, that wouldn't happen to me.So i'm in the seminar, and the usual 'suspects' of entrapment begin... but as the evening unfolds, i watch my son, go from enthusiastic to 'damn i really want to do this dad'.
