Oh I also had a flag made that I could put out near the walk way..it attracted people to our booth.

Hello @Greg Lindor there are many favorable opportunity zones in Miami/Broward particularly in the Little Haiti area look very attractive to me as a multifamily investment were there is already a big amount of investment going on.

Ugh...consider the quality of tenant who would be attracted to what you're proposing. 

However, in the desired locales in So Cal (so eliminate dessert areas that have no great attraction) the rents have appreciated for decades.

However, purchasing a home is obviously attractive for people who want to save money and build equity and may not have the financial sophistication to feel comfortable doing otherwise.

To be clear, I am comfortable in making the payment, but am looking to make myself more attractive to lenders sooner as opposed to later.
