I am 100% confident you will run in to this.The easiest way to avoid these arguments is to get a full appraisal done prior to discussing an offer with them.Summary:1. get an appraisal if selling to the tenants or at the very least a full CMA with on site visit- not a drive by2. sell as soon as you can if you can get your money out of it you want3. be prepared for lower offers from tenantsDoes all this make sense?

Not all listing agents split it 50/50 with the buyers' agent but as the seller you can specify that in the contract, and I would do definitely do that.I've been an agent since 1993, broker since 2004 and I would not sell my house without offering a commission to agents to bring me a buyer via the MLS, the exposure you get from being listed on the MLS and all the sites it pushes out to means more buyers see your home and the more the better.

The other two...yeah, not so much.My point is, if you really have the right kid, he's going to be bright and motivated to succeed enough to see the value of what you're handing him, and it's going to be a transformative experience.For many of us here on this site, it was reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad that lit a fire under us.
