I run a small lodging property. 2 story exterior. Building is 8900 SF with own private parking, well situated. Real estate speaking, it is a solid property. I would like to reconvert it to a more passive real estate income stream. The original purpose of a motor inn of yester-year was to serve the area's cold war patriots from the Sav. Riv. Site DOD. While a viable business model for some, and is still around my area, that mom and pop it has run it course. Can anyone recommend or chat about how to attract interest and prepare the property for do it yourself reconversion?
