As for the car, it’s my wife’s car, so I’m not sure it’ll be as easy to convince her to sell lol also, it is a newer model in great condition with low miles, so the plan is to hang on to it as long as possible.

I have a working condition tub that seems to be peeling (view photo) I want to avoid replacing it because it seems to be stucked to the wall so the removing part will be very hard and I was wondering if anyone had experience improving the looks of it or if there's a workaround.

NOW, the BIG catch is it would have conditions, first being there unit kept in perfect condition, no tenant damages, no tenant complaints, I would frame it that us working with them requires there being an exemplary tenant, just follow all rules.

I'd follow up with the Section 8 office to see what the rate is and terms, etc.Second, if the tenant has been there for several years that's great for longevity for the rental, but could be tough on the condition.

There are two 10X20 ft shed on the property that are in good condition but needed cleaning and paint.
