I've heard the promoters tell their clients they can change the terms of the contract, withdrawal rates etc.

@Grant Shipman you may want to remove this line, "I've developed, use with all my coliving properties, and teach HPM (household-led property management)" as it appears to be self-promotion.

I understand it's his business and that's how he promotes it I think he could have presented his pitch in a more concise fashion  rather than sprinkling it through the whole three days.

The announcement of this new promotion was made not too long ago and they may still be working out the kinks.  

Why are promoters (including in this thread) saying it's saving so much money?
