While they are clearly worth at least $100/month as storage units, there's not another MFU with this feature and tenants just love'm.

We started with nothing 12 years ago, now have a storage unit full(15x50). left overs, left overs galore.I do carry 2 spare toilet tank flappers all the time in my truck.

If things dilute to the point where everyone is running a special for market share and you are getting 10% then you can sell and put that money to work in better alternative investment.I have wondered about getting into investing in businesses like they do on Shark Tank.

Our only contingencies on the offer were passing a termite and septic inspection.There was a small termite issue that we accepted and the was a major septic tank problem we didn't accept and got the bank to pay for.
