I think her price is very low (in comparison to Cleveland) but I'm not sure - it might be generally that low in Cali.Tell what you're looking for and I'll PM you her company if it's good enoughps the first company she hired, was totally scam pps well, I guess the pricing is better in that company: the above referral has the same 10% as here.....hers is much cheaper

As luck would have it, I know the original builder back in 2010 and it also is in the Town I grew up in so I am very comfortable with the market there.Auction.com in my experience is a little bit of a scam because they have the "seller approval" clause.

NO lender is going to send you copy of their bank account.. they might have to prove up to a seller or the sellers agent but never send it to you right out of the gate.. and all the other things you discovered its just an off shore scammer trying to scam those that dont know what they dont know.

The fraudsters tried the Quiet Title suits (Quit Claim is a type of deed) scam on the banks, and it went nowhere.Oh, and by the way....when buying a property at an HOA auction, with or without equity....if the judgment is $30k, and they let it sell for $10k, the buyer is still responsible for the balance, plus whatever dues accrued after that judgment.
