My houses are 2 bed, 1 bath. 

As a landlord, it’s not like you’re attesting that he was in bed by 10pm each night.

We helped a young military member last year house hack a 4 bed/2.5 bath property - he paid $740k for the home and is paying less than $900 per month in mortgage payments after his 2 renters pay the rest. 

I've converted all the units from 2 to 3 beds.

They signed the contract for it 4 days ago, but yesterday his wife was put on bed rest for the next few months.

We have been looking mostly at 3 bd 1 bath / 3 bed 2 bath.  

I found it driving for dollars and the neighbor happened to be pulling into his driveway.It is going to require a decent rehab and probably the inclusion of a 600 sq ft addition to add a bed and bath.

A bed in a walk in closet, a sofa bed in a living room, the top bunk of a bunk bed, any inflatable bed, etc.  

I hope they give you a nice family discount ha ha.. and that would be a great way to start getting the bug.. good for you!
