For appliances, carpet etc they each have a life.

It does not include cleaning carpets, new paint or replacing broken appliances.In addition, because of the fact that they can redeem the property at anytime, if I wanted to rent it out to someone else I'd have to make it a month to month lease which is not very attractive.
