It's both clean and in good condition.My plan is to wash down and peel off the walls and ceiling completely, then rinse it all and apply a coat of thinned Kilz Complete oil-based primer followed by a full-strength coat, and then two good coats of Glidden Premium.Anything you can think of that I will need to watch out for?

Easy to clean, looks like pergo and was super easy to install.

In our case it got booked so quickly we rented it before it was even cleaned because people were begging us.

I'm willing to clean, work and do whatever it takes to bring value to that investor/investors to become one myself.

Maybe they can wash dishes, vacuum, or clean the house.

My regular team showed up this morning, cleaned the entire furnace, including the heat exchanger and did not find any cracks neither before nor after the cleaning.

I seam to always have rentals with windows over the tub, and am conflicted every time I go to remodel because I can never find a tub surround that looks decent and I hate cleaning grout.

If not you need to account for turnover costs (Cleaning, painting, minor repairs, advertising, etc.).From what you have provided it appears worth looking into the property more.
