Since I have to run the streets of Houston for my job, I have been writing lots of letters to homeowners on tax appraisal lists, I get out and talk to neighbors and I take pictures and try to do some comps at home.

This is a customer service business.  

Our goal is once we get the tenants that we want, we have the tenant base, the class of tenants we want, our goal is to switch some of that marketing down into payroll because extraordinary customer service is what retains tenants, and is much for profitable for us to retain tenants than go get new ones.

Good pictures with a good camera make all the difference in the world.

I usually get accused of being pessimistic and always painting a bleak picture.

BillI am 45 years old and growing up in the east side of San Jose California my first memories are of JFK's picture at our local church apparently Bobby visited when he was supporting Cesar Chavez and the farm workers The Kennedys were held in high regard by most Mexican American families.

Come up with something custom tailored to their situation and ask if they aren't planning on rebuilding, if they'd be interested in you taking the lot of their hands and could they use some extra money in their present situation?

Dell's other problem is that their customer service and quality deteriorated simultaneously.

First off, most likely, you'll want to add your website on all materials if the goal is to get the customer to your website.However, more importantly, I'd think though what is the ideal outcome you want to have with the customer and, what's the quickest path to get that outcome.
