Noob from Sugar Land Texas!

Hello ,

I just joined this site because It was recommended by an awesome realtor here in Sugar Land. So far what I have read is very encouraging and I am definetely going to pick some brains here.

I work as a stucco/painting contractor in the greater Houston area. I have always wanted to get involved in real estate, especially flipping homes. Once I found out about wholesale real estate investment then my eyes opened up.

I would love to help you guys with any stucco or paint related questions you might have and I will ask lots of investment questions as well.
