Is there a template for drafting a contract for a home?

Some investors like to own paid for real estate, some want to leverage up as much as possible.As an example, this summer within a 2 week period after putting a house under contract, we had tenants move out that gave us full notice.   

Not to get sued. 3.If he can just kill the contract on your listing then he will try to get these young naive buyers to pay him 3 more times…

Good Morning Everyone, New real estate investor who has  a property under contract and is looking to trade ideas on potential routes property can take.

@saj s - I just got into a contract on a 2 unit in Oakland and would love to chat.

I spoke with a project manager who assures me that they do fix and flips all the time, and they are NOT worried about getting paid so long as there is a contract in place.2) Use the HML to finance the purchase ONLY ($43K), and work with a contractor that offers financing, preferably at a lower interest rate than you'd get from rolling the rehab into the HML.

Just have a lawyer make a joint venture contract where the details are spelled out.

I most certainly won't let fear get to me and at some point very soon I am going to graduate from just  studying and proceed with marketing and drawing up contracts!
