Each of the properties has a landlord policy in place, and the LLC is listed as the named insured on those policies (as far as what the agent says, but mail shows personal name).Since the rentals are titled under the LLC and the policies are commercial landlord policies, I’m assuming a commercial umbrella policy is the way to go.
