I know you can talk to real estate agents but that can end up costing a finders fee and eventually I'll be my own agent, other than that what are some Internet tools to find them?

They often pass the business around as office politics, but they will always be seen as good RE attorneys.Next, call title companies, the title insurance may be an attorney, if not, they have one and he or she won't be right out of law school.Ask Real Estate Brokers or Broker Managers, ask for three names, they may not want to disclose who they use or give references or endorsements (actually, that goes for everyone you ask).Need a bulldog?

I bought my own homes a couple times and helped many friends, so not an expert, but here are my thoughts:1- Bad move on removing the contingencies before the termite damage came through.2- Redfin has a pricing tool to help estimate the cost of the home, she should have used it3- RE agents are not good in general at negotiating down the price.
