I have been fortunate enough to not really run into anyone who would not deal with me but I understand why buyers dont want to deal with note finders..... its a headache at times especially when there is a note broker chain (the note has went thru several brokers to find the deal) when this occurs the amount of trouble that the note buyer will have to go thru to get hte information needed tends to be a headache.

Our favorite guest, Renae from Mesa, AZ, always prepares notebooks with local interests, arranges discounts at restaurants and leaves personal notes for things that are going on in the area.

We have some of the best location in the city on an architectural heritage street, views of the Andes and central park, and walking distance to 3 major metro lines, art museums, hotels, restaurants, etc.

I mean that's what's happening right now  .. supply chain lumber. 

All the "fast casual" chains like Chipotle, Spicy Pickle, etc., are starting to move in nearby.There are lots and lots of foreclosures in this area.
