They will try to run 2 kitchens and that can mean clogged drains in your wet bar kitchen.Be sure there is personal recourse when you need to sue them for $40k in repairs above the deposit.

Hello @Daniel Reed,The supposed advantage of multi-family properties over single-family homes is misleading when you look at financial performance.

Big banks and credit unions will look at a full DTI(personal income) while others will just look at the cashflow of the property.

Need some advice on the best way to structure this deal that's fair and beneficial for a 3 person LLC/partnership agreement.
