You can learn numbers without needing specific properties, but these numbers were from an actual property I bought and it teaches the numbers- https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/01/1...You won't find those kinds of returns anywhere now because it was from a property I bought during the crash, and you also won't likely find any positive returns on any SF rental properties if that's where you're looking...but that's how you run the numbers.
