Is it worth it in todays market?

Project update for our single family flip in Plainville, CTThe plumber came on Wednesday to do the preliminary work needed for the 2nd floor bathroom to be built outOur contractors came out yesterday and today and their main focus is to take care of the 2nd floor rehab first. 

My wife and I rode through the neighborhood today, and just visually checked out the outside of the home. 

A little background: I have four traditional loans right now and have found a lender that will go up to 10.I walked through a Fourplex today that I would like to get a traditional mortgage on.

I have been doing that and today i receive aanother act 91 notice with a cure amount of 2100 for March April may and June.

I would just make the offer today, and let the owner accept, reject or counter your offer.On the last property I got, the asking price was $125k & I offered $80k...The property sat for 2 months at the same price, & one day I got a call and the owner had accepted my offer...You won't know unless you ask, and if the seller rejects your offer, move on and let someone else overpay for the property...

@Jo Joe I can only speak for Detroit and Detroit Metro areas based on my day to day experience here and the investments I hold personally and through my partnership.

Am I trying to use them to evade taxes and deduct my day to day meal expenses ?
