Project update for our single family flip in Plainville, CTThe plumber came on Wednesday to do the preliminary work needed for the 2nd floor bathroom to be built outOur contractors came out yesterday and today and their main focus is to take care of the 2nd floor rehab first.

I would just make the offer today, and let the owner accept, reject or counter your offer.On the last property I got, the asking price was $125k & I offered $80k...The property sat for 2 months at the same price, & one day I got a call and the owner had accepted my offer...You won't know unless you ask, and if the seller rejects your offer, move on and let someone else overpay for the property...
