Any above that, I had to pay the brokerage their part of the commission based on the split.I am sure there are great exceptions to what I am about to say, but as someone who has done a VERY large amount of wholesaling earlier in my career and a lot more brokerage in the later part of my career, my opinion is that you typically can do better financially through brokerage than by wholesaling.

Hi @Jason Moran, @Dmitriy Fomichenko may be able to help.A couple other items to keep in mind: these conversions typically take weeks and you should factor that into your contract and, if you haven't already done so, familiarize your self with the rules and impacts of using leverage in combination with your IRA.

LLC’s typically protect you, hopefully from accidents and lawsuits, not from the debts the LLC incurs.

In real estate I know the 6%-5% is split between both sides of sale (sellers/buyers) and then the remaining amount is split with the agency, so typically a real estate agent makes 1.5% of a deal.

I assumed all buildings in MA were smoke free.I called the prior management/HOA and they essentially told me I have no recourse even though it lead to my tenants leaving my rental.Any advice on action I can move forward with would be appreciated.
