In that case, there is usually a computer at the county government building, or maybe at the public library, that can search those records for free, but you have to physically go there yourself and use that particular computer. 

Are ALL loans backed by the government that are available out there, unless they are personal loans?

I'm not sure if you could find the same info about Qatari prices as I assume that the whole business is government owned.Which again is my main issue with Qatar.

If you want to have a better chance at getting some property, find a county where the local economy is in the toilet, lots of people are on drugs and the county government is disorganized. 

I want people on my team who not only have the property/market knowledge...but ones that invest in knowing what is going on in the area, and care deeply about it (read local papers, support local businesses, do additional research on what is going on in the local government, etc.)

I was told to use Government Code 65852.2 for ADUs, not AB-68.

And, all levels of government and 501c3 orgs are giving out rent assistance.

Either way the Listing Agent's duties and responsibilities would be determined by that contract and that would govern their behaviour.
