Obviously raising money is my biggest challenge for now

My biggest benefit to the house pictured here is that fact that NOBODY would have rented it.

When you're making one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, why wouldn't you entrust a professional who lives and breathes the industry on a daily basis?  

The biggest driver for me to take a leap and do something local, honestly, is the desire to get my hands dirty.

One of the biggest issues with Section 8, is waiting to have rent increases approved.

Instead, I pocket jigged the boards together using the Kreg Pocket Jig and still added glue in between to fill in the spaces and gaps.The biggest challenge for me was the miter joints and trying to figure out the minimum lengths of the rows for a miter cut.

Two biggest expenses were flooring (improvement) and interior painting (repair).  

This is definitely the biggest issue with our property.

The biggest take away is that they have all struggled and made mistakes along the way but persevered.
