Your approach was professional, direct, fair but you set the standards so people will not feel they can do business any kind of way when it comes to you and your properties.

I have a property in California and my PM said they file eviction notices within days Of missed rent or some other kind of warning.

I need to provide some kind of a/c.  

The condo I did in Ohio was done about 10 years ago and we got a range with controls up front and a refrig that was accessible with ease....a higher toildet, lower bathroom sink and roll in shower...that kind of modifications.I am quite new here and sure would appreciate any ideas or cost estimate that you might know about.Thanks so much....Phil

I mean, I know what the MA gov website recommends but is it actually common practice to spend that kind of money on every rental property you purchase that has lead in it?

Does the market in the area make any kind of concessions for a unit upstairs?
