I have found that having BP open in the web browser on my phone (that is my main way to visit the BP site for the last couple of years) is a real drain on my phone's battery - that could be due to the design changes, could be phone getting old, could be something else ...

In the few months this couple has lived on their property I've seen their health deteriorate further to the point where the woman now uses a mobility chair.

Anyway...He was busted last Monday and the unit was tagged by the health department.  

Does anyone work these types of areas or is it really a waste of time and too much of a potential health hazard to even bother with it?

Not that long ago I changed all the smoke detector batteries in my own house, some more than once, before eventually finding some Verizon box sporadically beeping in my basement.

Examples for exemptions are health changes, loss of job, transfer or job moved, needing to move to care for family, divorce, significant loss of income.

They also will likely want things like powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.
