If you have a lot of experience in these areas, then that might indicate these are more un-fixable problems...but if you have relatively little (or no) experience in these areas, then these might just be the growing pains of getting started (I definitely had my share of bad tenants when I was getting started).Good luck out there!

One other question regarding listing though: do y'all think it's good to get the listing up on AirBnB ASAP either with some sneak peak photos or a "Coming Soon" photo, and then blocking off the next 10-14 days to finish the final touches?

Try to find somebody that might help you when in pain…The real learning comes by doing… I’ve learned a ton doing my first rehab.
