I am in the learning steps of my marketing research and wanted to know what type of equipment do you use for self printing of letters?

I just use the standard MLS PSAs and cross out & initial 'not' in the not assignable pre-printed sentence. ($1000 may not be too much have a PSA and an assignment agreement drafted for you for your purposes specifically if he is good. 

I doubt the irs will accept a print out of the ad on craigslist. 

@Abdul Azeez - Once you recognize how easy it is for somebody to print a forged check and/or just do an ACH once they know your account number, you will never allow anybody to know your account # again.  

I had a roof that the company only paid 25% of the replacement cost due to age. it is spelled out in my policy but obviously in the fine print.

I'd probably leave the message intact - but put a bold line at the top - MISINFORMATION since corrected.

I have my own spreadsheets, but the calculators lay it out better and the PDF print outs that you can download and share are really well done.

There is a lot of fine print, that being said, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or advice as far as best options available, costs and ease.

I know what avenue I want to start in, and that's Wholesaling and Assignments.I don't have the capital to go into flipping or holding properties yet, so it would be great to hear any advice from those of you who have done and are doing these types of transactions.Where are the best places to get printed fill the blanks contracts etc.

I see people download them, print them off.
