I just use the standard MLS PSAs and cross out & initial 'not' in the not assignable pre-printed sentence. ($1000 may not be too much have a PSA and an assignment agreement drafted for you for your purposes specifically if he is good.

@Abdul Azeez - Once you recognize how easy it is for somebody to print a forged check and/or just do an ACH once they know your account number, you will never allow anybody to know your account # again.
