I put a new boiler, basement insulation and TONS of other upgrades (electrical and any safety upgrades count) to the tune of 13k and got an 8k check back.) -- This 4 unit MIGHT be a good candidate but BOY, we'd be talking 3 floors of replacing radiators with baseboard.

But when he hires his buddies (electrical, siding, trim), he seems to get ticked off easier. maybe he is bidding too low to cover their wages.Have not seen a bill yet (shocked since it's been 5 hrs), but he did not cleanup, some of the drywall is un-sanded, a box of siding and box of nails are missing (they took it), a 1" drill bit is missing, and a few other small things are not done right.
