This was going to be the path to that million.I started slow like most people do because I was nervous to dive right in not knowing what to do.

I started pitching people in my personal network, and was hit with rejection after rejection, my first time on the phone with a potential partner I had to hang up and act like the call dropped because I was so nervous haha.

That combined with companies moving out of the Hartford area and other parts of the state (GE in Fairfield), along with the migration data showing a net migration out, would make anyone nervous.

So, if your BRRR budget uses the entirety of the $80K it would make me real nervous because then you don’t actually have free cash to cover that bad case scenario.

He later told me if I hadn't corrected 2 running toilets and reset a w/h t-stat down in the crawl while there, I made him nervous.   

. =) Looking to start investing in Section 8 and was wondering if anyone had any horror stories, success stories or advice on where to start. 

Anywho I am nervous going through this last mile hopefully.

@Justin Aymer most new developments are going to be in a subdivision like that, because that's how zoning is, it's done in sections.

As that day draws closer though, I've been getting more and more nervous.  

This is one of the tradeoffs for participating in Section 8.
