You see a log of homes in this area with this feature. 

Sometime, features such as a large lot, and outbuildings can make it tricky to compare apples to apples.  

You can begin putting that to the test by reading everything in these forums and blogs that interests you and putting the search feature to work for more specialized information.

For most of the things I do, I love the fact that I can do online, but the reality is, you don't really need that feature with QuickBooks, as most of us do bookkeeping at home anyway.
