I have seen that north las vegas, silverado ranch, and summerlin have been the hotter areas for strong rentals.

Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach. 

More details to come and more number crunching but initial numbers looks like we'll clear just north of 25k, market time 14 days, and 2 1/2 months total from buying the property.

And I found out by calling the North Carolina commission and at first the rep wasnt sure either, but she later had a legal representative call me back to clarify and stated that yes, one should have a brokers license if conducting business as a property management company.
