I have a property under contract in N Conway, NH. It is a 1,000 sq ft mobile home on a private 1/4 Acre lot. I’m having a hard time moving this. Any advice from others with experience moving such a property?

I've been trying to look for events in these areas but to no avail. Does anyone know some good events in these areas, focusing on networking and lending to get more deal flow.
