If you don't see any regulations listed on the web site or in the HOA rules, I would contact the town office or HOA and ask them what the rules are regarding short-term rentals, and preferably do it via email so it's documented.Mike

If the inspection was done prior to December 2020 you might want to call the town office and get a new walk trough inspection, don't ask how I know...You should be able to schedule it at the code enforcement's office without having to pay the $250 fee since the permit is still valid.

Hello BP Community,Can anyone recommend a commercial loan officer with whom you have worked that offers loan products in Montana?

Even if it's not part of the assignment, is there something you want to learn more about (e.g. construction, office buildings, multifamily, syndications, brokerage, zoning, legal issues, etc)?  

I have been offered a full time position as an auditor but the office I am in does not have any clients within the real estate industry.

However, the office I am in has no real estate related clients.

I trust the workers to go when they they will but also tenants say they don’t and I just don’t have time to go and make sure they go.Any ideas on how to handle this or anyone know of someone who can help?

This is essentially going to be a free house and, on top of that, I am now a licensed loan officer and can do the refinance myself to collect a commission on the back end of the refinance making it essentially a free house!
