Short-term rentals have become an increasingly popular investment strategy for real estate investors to increase wealth and passive income.

I  was thinking about and about to start working on becoming a real estate agent, but  also I cannot drive because I simple never learn.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Because tenants tend to be really stable, they are easy to manage though so they can still make sense for someone looking to park money into real estate with the least amount of hassle (property funds itself, tenants pay off mortgage over time but little to no cash flow).
