Best cleaning service apps?

We've found great apps that plug-in with our AirBnB booking calendar and allow routine processes like cleaning to be automated.There's a great opportunity nationwide as platforms like AirBnB & VRBO are experiencing a shortage of hosts.

If you don’t, just buy regular landlord insurance. 

It's a nice balance between the benefits of flipping (without the high risk) and the benefits of cash flowing rentals without the hassles of dealing with regular renters (little money down and bugging you with maintenance and repairs).

For example, a surgeon that can make $1,000 an hour shouldn’t turn down a surgery in order to clean her house when she can pay someone $15 an hour to clean it for her.

Is this a one time or regular payout?

@Kenneth RolfeI have tried it a couple of times (not a regular occurrence) and wasn’t too successful on those attempts.

But now he is pricing us a regular price because the permits will require more work. 

If a property is being trashed then we require the tenant to clean it up or we will at their expense.
