Long term goal of retiring in 10-15 with my properties acting as my primary cash flow in addition to my other income.Currently I am a Cartographer/Graphic Artist.  

I have been a preschool teacher for 8 years, and although I love what I do, there's no retirement or security in that field.

The only reason he is selling is because ht is getting to the point where he wants to start slowing down and enjoy life (aka retirement).Each duplex is currently appraised at $165k.  

It's a very small retirement community in south Ga.

I am recently retired and have been researching the house flipping real estate business for the past several months and am very anxious to get started. 

Having RE inside of a retirement account sounds so sexy, but it may not be the best plan all things considered.

The Lease Option Facilitation I'm working will allow a retired Army Vet. to transfer to the DC area for his dream job without worrying about what's going to happen with his home, and my neighbor... well, we just may be able to help him out of his foreclosure. 

I think it's some retired guy that's now living under a free roof and keeping busy and no additional overhead for the owner!
