I'll occasionally help with strategic planning or program development, but the grant planning and writing services have the most demand.I'm slowly shifting my focus and my clients towards affordable housing/real estate.

Once you generate enough cash flow to meet your personal and strategic goals you can start shifting to a more equity weighted strategy.

We really couldn't find the right property in our price range in the Wilmington and Carolina Beach area, so we shifted gears and started looking at other NC markets. 

Although I am still trying to figure out what my plan will be, I have shifted my mindset from “I can’t” to “How can I” and am excited to be a part of this community and learn from you all!
