The property i own is in Morgan Park on the border of Beverly which has a cash flow of around $1,000 a month.

For more stable, family-centric neighborhoods, Onyx, Beverly, and Glendale–Heatherdowns tend to attract long-term tenants because of the schools and overall lifestyle.
