CSS as in someone to design a web page for you?

I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

From the drone footage on the GRM web page it looks like development has (at best) just started, and this appears to be consistent with the single page development activity status report from GRM.

ChatGPT is a great tool for many things, but it doesn’t always get its answers directly from the web.

My general question: All of that data would allow for an effective decision on property - but is the general flow sourcing (via public/tools/web) -> running HOA/community check (preferred areas) -> comps with plans/DOM/sell speed -> gathering larger area picture -> rapid underwrite to verify decided property? 

What are you guys's thoughts about a web 3 decentralized real estate investing platform , designed for peer to peer lending that uses smart contracts to facilitate all transactions between investors and lenders ?

That's actually why I am looking at twilio - I am a web developer...
