Since you are looking for cash flow, can you get the kind of cash flow in Riverside or Inland Empire that you can get in Columbus, Indianapolis or Baltimore?

Would you recommend that focus on certain areas on SD, or maybe lookin more at the Inland Empire, like Riverside or Ontario?

I've noticed some slow down in areas like Palmdale and parts of the Inland Empire.

The US dollar's value (a reflection of the strength of the empire) is in dramatic decline. 10% this year - and 97% since the debasement from the gold standard. 

And by the time you get it all straigtened out, the tenant quit the job and it all changes again.There are certainly people out there who have built real estate empires with Section 8 and are killing it.
