The fact that the property was vacated and keys returned is strong evidence of abandonment in Pennsylvania.File a written notice with your records showing the circumstances: tenant arrested, keys returned, property vacated, family removed property, and you received no further communication from the tenant.

The court made it clear if neither of these things happened, a warrant would be issued for his arrest.
