The interesting thing is that outside the GRM parcels consist of larger parcels of primarily RA (Residential Agriculture) that I would think some of which would be prime areas for development.

Tardus I believe could have some serious issues if they are recommending this.. but then again one of the owners is a lawyer so hopefully she thinks they are OK .. and for sure if they take comp they need to be registered RA broker dealer etc to get comp.
