Are there any Lake Worth, TX investors in here? 

agreed thats a tiny lake  cant see it as much of an attraction personally but Hey us west coast folks are used to large lakes we dont have 10k small lakes.. 

Kevin Swan is in the area and does alot of corporate rental contracts out that way with Microsoft and Nike (I believe).

Even a few sentences would mean a lot.Okay, how do Black Swan events play out? 

Might call it Silver lake since we will build 2 or 3 large ponds on it.  

The season is not super long if you are focused on the lake crowd, if you are in areas for hunting though that does certainly open up some other avenues.

A house on a lake should do well, unless there is other outstanding issues like crime.

I'm a new investor looking at the Mid-Term Rental (MTR) strategy in the Salt Lake and Utah County markets.

I know someone who had major structural repairs done to their home and were told by their lawyer (because lawyers were involved with the builder) that they didn't have to say anything when they sold the property because the damage was fixed (the sellers did tell the buyers and also mentioned it was under warranty).This is not necessarily accurate Theresa, as in some states like CA (where the property might be depending on which side of Lake Tahoe it is on, I believe the state line runs through the middle of the lake?)
