I wonder how up to date such systems are on the current Airbnb algorithm and as they make changes?

I had a question for you about the Airbnb views on the algorithm.

Airbnb operates as an interest-based algorithm, rewarding listings that grab attention and keep potential guests clicking.

Who do you love and why? Who do you avoid and why?

That is a part of the Algorithm. 

Specifically I'd like to model the properties I already own as it will help me learn how to check algorithmiaslly-estimated and/or wargamed values against real life actual numbers: this will help me understand that validity of the estimation algorithms.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has clever algorithms.
