How long has Capitol Square and Inspired Healthcare been around?

New to the game here, and just finished reading some notable books that sparked my inspiration to be a part of this!

That’s such an inspiring journey—you’ve really carved your own path and it’s awesome to see how you blended real estate with lifestyle freedom.

In person seems more realistic for a person without capital and without testimonials to inspire trust.Any advice or insight is much appreciated!

Any suggestions or what you use to analyze your deals (Mainly rental especially multifamily but I was building my own spreadsheet from others to get inspired by designs and possible missed/incorrect data) I have found https://www.etsy.com/listing/1543461345/get-full-package-cas... recommended by reddit.

Personally my tech stack looks like this:Docusign - signing leases (technically rentredi can do this I think, I'm just too lazy to change)Rentredi - applications for properties, tenant payment platform, maintenance request trackingBaselane - Banking (you may not need this yet with only one property but SO great to have multiple accounts for multiple props)Notion - SOP docs, how to's, general instructions in databases and pagesTango - use to record step by step instructions of specific tasks and link in Notion pages where necessaryI also self manage, and most of my communication is with tenants, handyman, and occasionally banks, so I don't have a great rec for how to most effectively communicate with a PM, however if you have a project database set up in Notion it should be easy to create the steps you want and track how you like Personally,  I am in awe, Docusign is good can you intergrate it to  stessa?

But what we don’t always see are the hard parts: the work, the mistakes, the learning curves, and the growing pains that come with starting and running any business.I’m realizing that the success stories are inspiring, but the challenges behind them are just as important.
