Everyone seems to be stuck in this bi-polar thought pattern that everything is either a hot buy, or hot sell market, and don't conceptualize the notion of HOLD markets. 

I know you'll get what I am laying down V.G but some with their bi-polar perception will misconstrue this as forecasting a collapse of the industries.

He recently mentioned that he has a bipolar disorder and an eyesight-related issue.

And go start the whole bi-polar insanity over again.....

They have been diagnosed ith bipolar disorder.Here in Virginia, there is a volunteer group that sets up at the entrance of the courthouse and they coach tenant's on what to say to delay evictions, or get the case thrown out of court. 

Especially with the economy going a bit bi-polar.

Apparently I am a little bi-polar about it.  

Some people could even be bi-polar for example a spender and saver.

It could create a bi-polar between the electorate where it becomes an us versus them type owners versus renters environment.
