i'm direct-to-seller on the east side (i'm a realtor) and would love to connect. i like the east side (48215 and 48224) bc the communities around grosse pointe sell/rent well (grosse pointe is an affluent surburb that borders detroit on the east side). i've lived in both zips and personally like 48215 best, but 48224 is def one of the zips most popular with investors. it's got lots of quaint 1920s brick that move pretty quickly. would love to connect with y'all who're investing in detroit.

I don't invest in the Southern part of shoreline near New York so Im not familiar with their offerings but from Madison through the RI border is solid and my properties have done very well.  

This sounds a little underhanded and bordering on illegal. 

ITs a huge lake biggest in CA within the state borders 125 miles around 10 miles wide etc etc .. so probably no less than 200 mom and pop resorts that were built turn of the century into the 40s.. much like the mid west..

BTW no one should have to ask for a CSLB license number as its required to be displayed on all advertising including trucks, biz cards, estimates, contracts etc.

The issue here is that if the broker you are dealing with does not have a license (you can tell by whether their NMLS number is displayed or not) to originate anything but a DSCR loan, what product do you think you will be sold?

While you may not be buying "that deal", it will show them the type of deals you are looking at, and allow you to display your business plan, risk mitigations, and potential returns you are targeting for your investors.
