Does anyone have any suggestion for window units that have worked for them or ways to operate a boiler cheaper?

Requesting feedback in regards to our current mortgage.

However, I am now thinking a better return would be to jumpstart the mortgage paydown with that 10k.

Home buyers and investors that have been on the fence due to high borrowing rates - relief has arrived...with mortgage rates  dropping..fast. 

In Oregon, multi family transactional pace has been slower the past few years, the one significant complex (24 units in Eugene) we helped negotiate was a mortgage assumption of a pandemic era credit union mortgage but expect demand and incentive to pick up dramatically as rates decline. 

I was curious about one of the things you said - "mortgage insurance (MI) on FHA loans is permanent unless you put down 10%+". 

Our business partner took all the money out of the business account and did not pay the mortgage.
